Guru Autowerks LLC products are performance parts intended for off-road and competition use only and are not CARB compliant or emissions legal for street use in any state.

Assumption of Risk. Installation and use of transmission conversion components requires mechanical skill and judgment. By installing or using these products, the purchaser and installer acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for the installation, use, and suitability of the products for their application. If you are not confident in any step, stop and consult a qualified professional or contact us — we would rather answer a question than see a mistake.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru Autowerks LLC shall not be liable for property damage, bodily injury, vehicle or component damage, or incidental or consequential costs of any kind — including labor, towing, storage, rental, materials, or lost wages — arising from installation, use, removal, or repair of its products. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Limited Workmanship Warranty. Products manufactured by Guru Autowerks LLC are warranted against defects in workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase, to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, non-transferable. Remedy is limited to repair or replacement of the component at Guru Autowerks LLC’s discretion. This warranty does not cover resold third-party products (covered by their own manufacturers’ warranties), normal wear, misuse, improper installation, or modification — and does not cover labor, materials, damages, or injury related to installation, removal, repair, or replacement.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GURU AUTOWERKS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Instructions & Specifications. Installation guides, diagrams, and torque specifications are provided in good faith as a reference and are subject to revision. Always confirm you are using the current version for your kit revision at guruautowerks.com. The installer is responsible for verifying fitment and correct assembly for their specific application.
