Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, by request only. Email guruautowerks@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll confirm the return and where to ship it. Items must be unused and complete, with all components and hardware.

Restocking fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns and to order cancellations. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Inspection
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund for damage, missing components, signs of installation or use, or a return that arrives well past the 30-day window.

Refund method
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

TCU programming tool rental
The rental fee is non-refundable once the tool ships. The core deposit is refunded after the returned tool is inspected, and may be reduced or denied for late return, damage or missing components.
