This kit used to bundle the Improved Racing FSC-165°F thermostat as an option. It was priced at exactly what the thermostat costs on its own, so nothing changes for you except that you now pick it from its own listing — with the full choice of temperature and fittings instead of the single 165°F/8AN combination this kit offered. We still recommend running one.
